When will my order be shipped?
All orders will be processed and shipped by standard mail within 3 - 5 business days upon receipt of payment.
When will I receive my order?

Europe: 2 - 8 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2 - 8 weeks

◦ Tracking is NOT available for FREE shipping.
◦ Shipping times are estimates, NOT guarantees. Customs inspection, bad weather conditions, and peak holiday seasons can significantly delay deliveries. We are not responsible for such delays.
◦ We provide photo proof that the parcel has been posted on our side. As such, we are not liable for any delays, lost, stolen and damaged packages caused by act or default of the shipping carrier. We are responsible for orders until they leave our facility only. Once it is shipped, it is between the shipping carrier and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.
◦ We will not provide refund until the item is returned successfully.
◦ Prices are subject to change without prior notice. In the case of human or computer error, Darling Supplies Shop reserves the right to reinvoice for the correct price or service.

What happens if I do not receive my order?
If you failed to receive expected parcel within the estimated time frames above, please report suspected mail theft to your local postal service.
Do you offer shipping upgrades?
Yes, tracking can be added for $2.50. This costs a little more, but it'll give you a peace of mind when ordering from overseas. Please click this listing → Shipping Upgrade ← if you would like to pay for the service. Upgraded orders are shipped by registered mail with tracking number (signature confirmation is required). Once the order is shipped from our end, you will receive a photo proof and a tracking number in your registered email.
◦ Shipping upgrade does not speed up transit and customs clearance time.
◦ International online tracking only occurs in select countries and may not update at all due to security reasons. However, in some countries, once it clears customs and arrives in the hands of your local postal service, you'd be able to track it at your local post office.
What does signature confirmation mean?
It means a signature is required from the recipients of their packages.
What happens if I do not receive my order?
*Registered Mail with Tracking:
If you did not receive your order in the mail, we suggest first contacting your local post office since the postal service doesn't always leave a note during a failed delivery attempt. If your order is being held, you'd need to go to your local post office to claim it.
Please contact us if your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time, but not more than 60 days after your order is shipped. We will file a trace with the post office.
What happens if I do not claim my order at the post office?
Usually the undeliverable parcel would sit in the post office for a few days (number of days vary so please call your local post office to find out), but it will be returned to us if it is unclaimed during that time period. When we receive the returned parcel, refund will be issued. Shipping fee is non-refundable.
Received something defective?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, full name, and a photo of the defective item within 7 days of receipt, and we will be happy to assist you.
Disclaimer about Product Colors
Actual colors may vary. This is due to the fact that every device has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product. Please read item description and determine color/size/style/quantity carefully before purchase. We will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed, and will not be held liable for any loss related to such matters.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs, duties, VAT and import taxes that may apply by your destination country. Since these duties and taxes differ between countries, we are unable to provide an estimated cost. For further information, you will have to contact your local customs office or visit their official website. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for parcels that are refused due to VAT/duties. We are not responsible for delays due to customs under such circumstances.
